Interdental Brushing

Sometimes it may be difficult to access in between teeth because your teeth are too close together. In these such circumstances we recommend the use of interdental brushing.

What is an interdental brush?

This is a small spiral shaped brush which can be introduced in between the teeth directly. It works very effectively in cases where teeth are slightly crooked but space is present near the gums.

How do we use one?

A correct size should be used. Your dentist will best advise you on this. Introduce the brush gently in between the teeth and go in and out from the side very gently trying not to traumatise the gums.

How often should I use it?

Once a day
