Do I need to have my wisdom teeth out?No. Most people may not need to have their wisdom teeth out. Only if they start to give any discomfort should you consider their removal. How are they removed?The procedure is the same as a surgical extraction. Can I have my wisdom teeth removed at the dental practice?Yes. After a thorough assessment and X-Rays your dentist will decide whether you are suitable for the procedure in the practice. A referral to the hospital may be required and there may be a waiting list.
